Mental Health Assessments
Ranging from psychoeducational to in-depth psychological evaluations for individuals to understand learning, emotional, or behavioral concerns, as well as strengths to promote resilience.
You receive a comprehensive report with recommendations for next steps, which can be shared with schools (including postsecondary) and health providers to support with accommodations and medication management. It can provide insights regarding suspected diagnoses.
Evidence-Based Therapy and Intervention
Individual therapy for children, teens, and young adults (up to age 24 years), along with the support of their caregivers to focus on challenges like anxiety, depression, executive functioning, inattention, behaviour challenges, and life transitions using evidence-based approaches.

Designed in collaboration with individual health practitioners (e.g., therapists) and organizational teams (e.g., schools, hospital, community partners) to support with their provision of services.
